My friends and I visited Nuvolari's tonight for the first time. It may also be our last. Even though reservations are not required for a group of three, we made reservations anyway, given the holiday season. Good thing--the restaurant was quite busy, yet not completely full. After placing our order, we waited 45 minutes for our dinner salads. The menu offered for the evening represented about a third of the items listed on their website. Disappointing. Also disappointing was the wait for our entrees--another 45 mins. When our food finally arrived, the stuffed quail I ordered was undercooked, and bloody in some spots. The other entrees presented were served lukewarm. When I mentioned the undercooked quail to the waiter, it was taken back and cooked properly. Unfortunately, my reheated entree arrived after my fellow diners had finished eating. I intended to order dessert, but opted against it, since the meal had taken so long to complete.

The food has always been something to talk about everytime I've gone, and the staff always takes the time to go out of their way to make you feel right at home. One imparticular staff memeber Kellie always has a smile on her face and is willing to take the time to talk to you and envite you into her life, thank you :)
